Welcome back folks. I know my next post was supposed to be about Dark Age British colonies, but I have added a fun new page to my website and I wanted to make a quick post to let everyone know. A lot of people have mentioned how they like the illustrations in my historical fiction series, The Arthurian Age. For those who have read the ebook versions, they may not get a great representation of the artwork. So today I am announcing the grand opening of the Arthurian Age Art Gallery.
All of the cover art and interior illustrations are posted, as well as some alternate covers and illustrations I have never shown before. Most of the pieces have additional details, and the images are credited to their artists. There are also links for the artists so you can learn more about them and see some of their other work.
The page currently includes images from my new release, Hengist. This novella is not technically part of The Arthurian Age series, but it is closely connected to it. The ending of Hengist actually ties to the beginning of the final book in the series, Three Wicked Revelations.
And because I love the work my artistic friends do, I will likely add future book illustrations to the page. There’s a plan for a book focused on the life of Merlin. You may also see many of these images in an upcoming Arthurian roleplaying game from Brittannia Game Designs!
So while I continue to procrastinate on my next blog post, please head over to the gallery and enjoy some fantastic Arthurian art. You can find the link in the menu bar under the “Glossary, Maps, Sources & More” section, or by clicking this link.
Admission is free and we are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, weekends and holidays. Thanks for stopping by and, as always, I love to hear your comments and questions.
